LAKE CUMBERLAND COMMERCE COMPLEX, Somerset, Kentucky – MSE prepared a revised Master Plan to correct development problems at one of Somerset’s old industrial parks.  This resulted in new roads, utilities and the complete build-out of the park by attracting new industries including Duraflame (Wonderfuel), Glen Oak Lumber and Anderson Packaging.  MSE working with Norfolk Southern Railroad to reconstruct a new railspur to serve the Duralflame facility.
