MSE of Kentucky, Inc. has developed a superior reputation providing architecture, engineering and master planning services in the industrial development field. Our clients include private industry and business; local and regional industrial authorities and foundations; cities; counties; and regional economic development agencies.

MSE was previously selected by the Kentucky Economic Development? Cabinet as their engineering consultant for selection of sites for the state-funded regional industrial parks program; to plan the development of the parks; and to evaluate and recommend utility infrastructure and access improvements. A total of 13 regional parks were funded in east and west Kentucky in this manner.

Today, MSE continues to serve as the engineer for seven of these state-funded regional parks. In addition to these regional parks, MSE planned the state-funded Glendale Mega-Site on I-65 in Hardin County and the regional Kentucky Tri-Modal Transpark in Bowling Green. MSE designed major access and utility infrastructure at these parks.

MSE has also planned and designed approximately 40 other County and local industrial parks and industrial sites in Kentucky. In early 2015, the Kentucky Economic Development Cabinet initiated the certified “Build Ready” program in response to a lack of available buildings for marketing in competition with surrounding states. Immediately after the program was launched in 2015, MSE planned and engineered the state’s first certified “Build Ready” site at the Fourstar Regional Business Park in Henderson County. MSE continues to actively participate in this program as evidenced by our list of “Build Ready” projects.
