ATT Wireless announced plans in April 2001 to open a Customer Care Call Center in the 105,000-sq. ft. shell building, at East Park.  The center began operations in June 2001, and a ribbon cutting was held in August. MSE provided architectural and engineering services for this speculative building.  ATT, working with MSE, finished out the speculative building in near record time to meet their contract time frames.  Again, MSE provided the site design for a previously disturbed site.
